Service Dept was EXCEPTIONAL. This type of excellent communication, willingness to assist, and clear professionalism is very rare now a days. I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful it was to deal with each service advisor I spoke with.
I had brought my old 2006 VW PASSAT in for a very unique issue. The issue was handled fairly and Tyler was awesome at explaining what was going on in great detail, which I very much appreciate.
I have been a very loyal VW brand customer, and this was BY FAR the best experience I have had at a dealership.
