Even though the deal for the vehicle fell through I was happy with the experience I had at this dealership. The negotiation was very fair and not annoying, the sales rep I dealt with was really chill and the entire negotiation was actually kinda fun. The documentation for the car was all handed up on deck it was very professional and efficient.
Shout out to the finance manager Chad, super helpful guy one of the most honest finance professionals I have ever tried to do business with! It’s totally worth having a look in here they have a very good setup team! Even though I didn’t end up walking away with a vehicle the entire experience was enjoyable and I didn’t walk away feeling hassled.

I never thought I would write a review for a car delarship, but here I am. I live in Edmonton and went to many delarships (doing due diligence) but Taza went above and beyond. So much so, I ended up driving down and puchasing from them! To drive 3 hours each way, they had to be worth it. No one could match their price and customer service. From the beginning there was clear, honest communication from every staff member; any questions (and I had a lot) were promptly answered. Negotiations were respectful, transparent and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Every person we dealt with was a delight. Today, I even had a call with the service side of Taza and found this interaction equally professional.
